Improve your mind, body and life with Body Balance training from Luxe Fitness gym in Bristol. This is a yoga-based exercise that allows you to build strength and flexibility. Participants will also be able to de-stress as these exercises work to calm the mind.

During Body Balance, you’ll workout and stretch to a series of yoga moves; elements of Tai Chi and Pilates are also incorporated into the session. An inspired soundtrack will play, which works to motivate you and make the exercises fun and rewarding. 

Our instructors will give guidance to those who are new, providing options so they may settle into the class. Breathing control is a big part of Body Balance, which allows you to leave the class feeling calm, centred and happy.
