Flexibility training at our gym in Bristol offers a low intensity workout which aims to improve the strength and flexibility of your body.

This class is effective in reducing the risk of injury and has been purposely designed to improve posture, coordination, mobility and agility though a series of stretches and postures. Flexibility targets multiple areas of the body from the back down to your hamstrings and hips.

Our classes have been designed to offer a new experience each week, by alternating sequences and stretches.

Flexibility is a form of aerobic training and it has been recommended that an adult gets at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination of both, preferably spread throughout the week, according to the American Heart Association.

This combined with a cardio workout to improve your cardiovascular system with a healthy balanced diet, can overall improve your health and quality of life. Our experienced trainers can support and guide you through each step.
