There is nothing Martha loves more than a 6am start, full of burpees and tuck jumps! Never far from her running shoes, this runner bean has done 10k races, triathlons and marathons. Keeping spirits high and bright, Martha will help focus your body & mind in her sweaty spin and HIIT classes. A real foodie, Martha is a qualified nutritionist – talking all things porridge and bananas! She loves a good waffle (and we don’t mean the food), but she can also hold a passionate and fiery debate for hours. Never fear for a quiet moment when with Martha.
