YOUR FIRST VISIT
HOW DO I GET INTO THE GYM?
Enter the foyer and use the right hand pod door to check-in and the other pod door to check-out. Access is totally contactless, simply open your QR code from the Luxe Fitness app and hold it up to the door scanner. If you need any assistance, you can call a member of staff by using the doorbell on the left hand wall in the foyer.
ARE THERE STAFF AROUND IN CASE I NEED HELP?
We have a juice bar and reception where our friendly staff will be able to help if you require any assistance. For staffed hours for each club location, please see the contact us page.
I FEEL NERVOUS ABOUT FINDING WHERE EVERYTHING IS LOCATED. IS THERE ANY HELP?
We have a virtual tour which you can find on the Our Clubs page of our website. You can look at this before your first visit to get your bearings and see where different zones are located. When you do visit for the first time, don’t hesitate to ask a staff member at the front desk to show you around – they will be more than happy to help!
DO YOU HAVE SANITISING SPRAY AROUND THE GYM?
We have a spray station at the front of the gym next to the juice bar. All members are asked to take a bottle as they arrive at the gym and take it round with them during their session. When returning bottles, please wipe them down using the cloths provided and return to the spray station rack.
HOW CAN I CLEAN THE EQUIPMENT?
We have microfibre cloth stations throughout the gym. The top section is where you take a new cloth and the bottom section is a cloth bin where you can dispose of them after use. We ask members to clean equipment before and after use.
CAN I BRING A SWEAT TOWEL?
Yes, you can bring a sweat towel to use at the gym, or purchase one from the vending machines or from the shop on our member app. Your sweat towel should only be used to wipe your sweat or as a protective barrier on equipment. For wiping down equipment before and after use, please use the cloths and sprays provided.
DO I NEED A PADLOCK?
If using a locker, you will need a padlock to store your belongings securely. Most standard padlocks will fit, or you can buy a Luxe Fitness padlock from the vending machines, or via the member app.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT FOR NHS, POLICE, FIRE OR OTHER SERVICES?
We offer a reduced rate for employees of essential services which is £22.99 on a monthly membership. Select the Luxe Monthly membership and enter the code ‘BLUELIGHT’ at checkout. You’ll need to show your work ID to our front of house staff within your first week, otherwise your membership is automatically put on hold.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT FOR STUDENTS?
We offer a reduced rate for students which is £19.99 on a monthly membership. Select the Luxe Monthly membership and enter the code ‘STUDENT’ at checkout. You’ll need to show your university or college-issued student ID to our front of house staff within your first week, otherwise your membership is automatically put on hold. Please note, TOTUM cards are not accepted.
HOW MUCH IS THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?
The monthly membership is £24.99 with a joining fee. We also offer pre-paid memberships options, as well as annual discounts. To see all our membership options, head to the Join Now page.
IS THERE A CONTRACT?
Our annual memberships have a 12-month contract. Our monthly memberships have an initial 30-day term, after which point members can cancel anytime by giving 30 days notice to the club.
DO YOU HAVE TO BE A CERTAIN AGE TO JOIN?
You need to be a minimum of 16 years to become a member. If you are under 18, you’ll be required to undertake a 30-minute gym induction before using the club. For the safety of under 18 members, their access is during staffed hours only.
CAN I JOIN IF I HAVE A DISABILITY?
Members with disabilities are welcome. We ask that you inform the manager of your club, so that any assistance can be provided and where necessary, personal emergency evacuation procedures are implemented for your safety. All members with disabilities will require an induction before using the club.
IS THE GYM BEGINNER FRIENDLY?
Yes, the gym is beginner friendly! We have a large team of friendly staff and Personal Trainers available to help. You can also book a free 30 minute induction, where you’ll be shown around the different areas of the gym and how to use the equipment.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Head to the Join Now page to sign up - the process takes about 2 to 3 minutes and you can begin using the club straight away.
WILL I BE SHOWN HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT?
Once you've signed up, you can book a free 30-minute induction via our Luxe Fitness member app. During the induction, you’ll be given an in-depth tour of the club and shown how to use the equipment.
CAN I FREEZE MEMBERSHIPS?
Members on our Monthly rolling memberships can freeze their membership for up to 3 months. This can be done by logging into your membership management portal. Freezes are billed at £5 per month instead of your usual membership fee.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
We operate a 30-day cancellation notice period. To cancel your membership, log in to the Members Area and go through the cancellation process. As we have a 30-day notice period, any membership fees due during the notice period are still valid. We provide extended access to the Club for 30 days from any last membership fee payment made during the notice period. Please don’t cancel your direct debit, as we will not be able to collect any final membership payments and you will end up in our arrears process.
ACCESSIBILITY
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
The club is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The club will be closed a couple of days per year for essential maintenance to ensure we maintain the standard of the club. The club will also be closed for a couple of days over the Christmas and New Year holidays. We will notify all members of any closures via email and club notices.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE CLUB?
The club can be entered and exited by using the unique QR code on the Luxe Fitness app. All you need to do is scan the code to open the pod doors. You can do this by pressing the icon on the top right of the app dashboard, then presenting the code to the scanner located on the side of the pod door.
CAN I USE THE GYM AT NIGHT?
Yes, provided you are over 18 years old. The front doors are locked at night time as a security measure. All you need to do is scan your QR code on the external scanner and pull the door open as it unlocks.
WHAT ARE THE STAFFED HOURS?
Our staffed hours vary per club. You can find the staffed hours on the Contact Us page of our website.
WHY AM I BLOCKED FROM ENTERING THE GYM?
You may be automatically prohibited from entering the gym if you have missed a payment. You can clear any outstanding arrears via ‘Pay Arrears’ tab on the Luxe Fitness app menu. Once cleared, your access will be automatically reinstated immediately. If you encounter any other problems, please contact us via the Contact Us page, or pop in to see us at the front desk during staffed hours.
WHAT ARE PEAK TIMES?
Peak times tend to be between 7am - 8am and 5.30pm to 7pm.
FACILITIES
DO YOU HAVE CHANGING ROOMS?
Yes, we have changing rooms with showers, toilet facilities, lockers & hairdryers etc.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU HAVE?
All our gyms have cardio machines, including StairMasters, treadmills, rowing machines, cross-trainers, steppers, bikes and Ski-Ergs. We also have a range of fixed resistance machines as well as free weights, including Olympic squat racks and lifting platforms, smith machine, hip thruster, bench press, trap bars, a safety bar, Olympic barbells and plates, dumbbells and kettlebells. The functional zones also have monkey bars, slam balls and more. Some of our clubs also have plate-loaded machines. Check out the Our Clubs page for more information.
DO YOU HAVE WATER FILLING FACILITIES?
We have water fountains on every floor in our gyms, or you can ask our friendly staff at the juice bar to fill it up for you.
WHAT CAN I GET AT THE JUICE BAR?
You can get coffees, protein shakes and smoothies at The Juice Bar. Tickle your taste buds with an ‘Utter Nutter’ or a ‘Biscoff Banana’ for the perfect post-workout recovery. You can even purchase discounted Juice Bar bundles via the Luxe Fitness app, including Unlimited Coffee and Smoothie Bundles. Some of our clubs also stock soft drinks, Acai Bowls and Protein Oats. DO WE HAVE SCALES?
We have scales in each of our clubs which offer full body composition scans for only £2, or a weight and BMI check for £1. Full body composition scans are included free of charge in the Plus+ membership.
LUXE FITNESS APP
HOW DO I LOGIN TO THE APP?
After signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email with a unique password on it. Simply download the Luxe Fitness app from the app store and enter your email address and password.
WHAT CAN I DO ON THE APP?
Using the app, you can view the class timetable, read class descriptions, purchase class bundles and purchase juice bar bundles – for example, unlimited coffee! You can also view our trainer profiles, send trainers direct messages for enquiries, book PT sessions and purchase PT packages. Additionally, there is a ‘workouts’ section, with workouts which have been designed by the Luxe team, along with video demonstrations performed by our trainers. If this wasn’t enough, we also have an online shop, where you can purchase everything from gym accessories to skincare products! Check out all these fantastic features by downloading the ‘Luxe Fitness’ app from the App store or Google play store.
HOW DOES THE ONLINE SHOP WORK?
You can purchase any shop items directly through the app, including sweat towels, lifting straps, resistance bands and water bottles. All items can be ordered for collection in the club or delivery. For some items, please allow up to 5 working days for fulfillment.
HOW DO THE JUICE BAR BUNDLES WORK?
You can purchase juice bar bundles via the app, for example Unlimited Coffee, which will provide credits for products at a discounted rate. If for any reason you would like to cancel a bundle, please do so in the club by asking a staff member. Bundles are non-refundable and Luxe Fitness is not responsible for any unused credits.
CLASSES AND PERSONAL TRAINING
HOW DO I BOOK CLASSES?
Classes can be booked via the Luxe Fitness app, where you can view a live timetable, along with descriptions of every class.
WHAT CLASSES DO YOU OFFER?
Our live class timetable is viewable on the Classes page of our website.
ARE ALL CLASSES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Nearly all our classes are included in the membership. All members will receive 20 free class credits every month, which can be used when booking free classes. Some of our classes which are delivered by external instructors have a small additional charge, like Yoga (£4 per class), Zumba (£5 per class) and a few others. These classes are paid for via the app and you can also purchase monthly class bundles.
WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T ATTEND A CLASS?
We ask all members to cancel classes they cannot attend via the Luxe Fitness app. This can be done by clicking 'My Bookings'. If you cancel within the 3-hour period before the class, this will be marked as a late cancellation and your class credit will not be reimbursed.
ARE THERE PERSONAL TRAINERS AT THE GYM?
We have a great team of personal trainers! Via the Luxe Fitness app, you can view the trainer profiles, send direct messages to each trainer, book PT sessions and purchase PT packages. You can also visit the Team page on our website. Some of our clubs also offer additional services such as Osteopathy and Physiotherapy.
HOW MUCH IS PERSONAL TRAINING?
The cost of personal training varies depending on which trainer you choose to go with, but usually ranges from £40 to £60 a session. Some trainers also offer group sessions or monthly packages at a discounted rate.
