This Devonshire lifeguard has given up the surf to follow his passion for strength & conditioning and injury rehabilitation. He has traded beaches for Bristol in pursuit of his mission, to inspire others to achieve pain free movement whilst maximising strength and fitness. When he’s not coaching Canadian and British Olympians, Jordan can be found researching the latest and greatest exercise techniques to maximise your progress, keep you injury free and get you in the best shape of your life.
